We value fitness and prioritizing a healthy lifestyle at all ages and stages of life. Our Fit Society Youth program was created to deliver the opportunity for our next generation kids to experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. Unfortunately, kids are not nearly as active at school and home as they used to be which can contribute to being overweight, constant fatigue, lack of confidence, and difficulty in academics and social settings. We recognize the importance of assisting kids to create healthy fitness habits early in being paramount to their physical and mental development.

The benefits to be gained in Youth Programs with general fitness and academics are the biggest motivators to consider enrolling your kids in the age and activity appropriate program. We also recognize that kids can become so specialized in a certain sport at such an early age that a focus on general fitness is necessary for building overall athleticism and improving injury prevention. We currently offer both FS Kids (ages 7-10) and FS Tweens (ages 10-12) programs.

FS Kids (Ages 7-10)
Our FS Kids program is where playing, laughing, and fun all come together in a fitness setting. Our Kids Program is a great way to utilize exercise and movement to develop physical abilities, teamwork, and making new friends. We teach foundational movement skills though play with class time centered on leaving them happy, smiling, and sweating. We understand pairing fitness with fun utilizing games, relays, and obstacles is essential to setting a child on the path toward a lifetime of fitness.

FS Kids Program is Tues / Weds / Thrs 4:15p – 5:00p


FS Tweens (Ages 10-12)
Our FS Tweens program is perfect for any child who needs encouragement to create healthy exercise habits in their daily lives. They will learn skills like running, jumping and body weight strength movements. Our workouts will be structured to make sure we cover all areas of fitness to develop physical abilities, social skills, and self-confidence. The FS Tweens program can prepare kids for sports, making them fitter, or provide an alternative for those who are not interested in competitive sports or traditional team sports. We also focus on beginning to develop good motor patterns, balance and coordination, and a positive attitude toward challenges.

FS Tweens Program is Tues / Weds / Thrs 5:00p – 6:00p

FS Teens (Ages 13-17)
Our full range of membership options are available to Youth as young as 12 years of age assuming they can safely and responsibly assimilate into our group training membership format. The requirement of accompaniment of a parent/legal guardian is handled on a case by case basis for the age group depending on maturation, ability, experience.
