MJ has expressed his passion for people to the health and fitness world in multiple leadership capacities for over 15 years as a personal trainer, manager, executive, corporate health and wellness coordinator, and university lecturer. For over a decade, he has been focused on creating opportunities for the next generation of fitness professionals as an entrepreneur with multiple gym locations in Arizona and the Pacific Northwest. Currently, he serves Fit Society in the official capacity as Senior Executive Vice President of Janitorial Operations.
Director of Programming & Coach Development
Rachel enjoys fitness as a lifestyle and loves to help others do the same. She moved from Wisconsin to attend ASU and study exercise and wellness. Rachel has been coaching at Fit Society for 10 years, and has become something of a mobility specialist, and is passionate to help people push themselves.
Membership Director & Coach
Fitness has always been a big part of Rachelle’s life. She grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada, where she played a wide variety of sports and always kept active. Upon graduating high school, she went to school for Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, and also coached a variety of fitness classes. That’s when she realized Fitness was her true passion, and became a full time Coach/Trainer. Rachelle has been working in the fitness industry for about 10 years, and loves being able to see people progress and do things they once thought they never could.
Youth Program Director & Coach, Administrator
Natalie is originally from Wisconsin, where she grew up playing multiple sports and eventually attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her time in college she transitioned her love of working out into a career as an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. She has taught a variety of class formats ranging from small group classes to coaching campus-wide boot camps in Camp Randall stadium!
Natalie believes in and stresses the importance of being a well-rounded individual - inside the gym and out!
Coach | Outreach Coordinator
Zoey’s knowledge of strength and conditioning comes from her background as a Division 1 Track and Field athlete and a competitive CrossFit athlete. She took her love of athletics and passion for health and fitness and coupled them into a career in personal training and coaching.
Zoey began coaching CrossFit in March of 2016 and continued her education by attaining a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her certifications and passion led her to develop a training model using functional fitness and athletics to provide a safe and welcoming environment that encourages proper movement patterns within exercise and enjoyment to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Coach
Originally from Wisconsin, Allie grew up as a competitive dancer and swimmer, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for movement. She first learned proper movement mechanics by lifting weights after school with her dad, which sparked her interest in strength training.
Allie discovered CrossFit in 2018 while in graduate school and quickly immersed herself in the sport, going on to compete in Individual Rx divisions at events like the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge and Desert City Classic. She’s especially passionate about helping athletes build confidence under the barbell, particularly in Olympic lifts, and achieve new skills in gymnastics.
Allie enjoys creating a space where athletes are challenged but supported so they are motivated and confident in their abilities.
Coach
Barrett has been involved in fitness since the age of 12 where he competed in Arizona power lifting competitions, fitness competitions, and coaching. He gained further fitness success while playing college football as an Offensive Guard for the University of Nevada, Reno.
While there he earned his way onto the WAC all conference team, and the University’s Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the year (Alpha Wolf). Post college he began CrossFit while looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coaching career. With his knowledge of coaching in the Strength, and Weightlifting arena, he has been coaching CrossFit groups, individuals, kids, and sports teams since 2007 and focuses on individual efficiencies through technique, and strength training while peppering in traditional CrossFit metcons and Kettlebell work.
Coach
Clay has been coaching "CrossFit" aka functional fitness since 2007. He loves to compete and continue to do so regularly around the country and world in the Master division.
He has owned 3 gyms of his own with his wife Rachel, and is a retired Firefighter EMT, a former Sheriff's Deputy and elementary school nurse. He has three amazing daughters and two grandchildren.
He spent most of his life in Alaska but recently moved to Arizona from Boise Idaho, and is honored to share his lifetime of passion and experience for health and fitness with his new gym family.

Tony is a coach who knows what it takes to completely transform your body and your life. After losing 100 lbs, quitting smoking, and getting sober, he’s spent the last decade helping others do the same. With years of experience as a personal trainer and competitive athlete in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and natural bodybuilding, Tony specializes in helping men and women rebuild strength, confidence, and discipline—inside and outside the gym.

HYROX Ambassador
Paul has been into fitness his entire life and played just about every sport growing up. He was introduced to Hyrox two years ago, trained for his first race and found his new passion after completing it.
Paul says he is not the guy that is going to podium in a marathon, and won’t do any good at the Crossfit Games, but he discovered my passion in hybrid racing, Hyrox.
In two years, he has raced in nearly 30 races; solo open, pro, mixed doubles, pro doubles, pro, and team relay. He World Qualified in men’s pro in the 2023/2024 season, and in the 2024/2025 season he has World Qualified in mixed doubles, and men’s pro.

Scott is dedicated to redefining healthcare through a personalized, results-driven approach. With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, Scott has cultivated expertise in hormone therapy, nutrition, holistic medicine, functional fitness, cardiology, and nephrology. His passion for patient-centered care led him to earn a degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, where he guided national care teams in coordinating treatment for high-risk patients.
Seeking deeper patient engagement, Scott advanced his training to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Now at Infuse Wellness, he integrates cutting-edge medical solutions with holistic and functional care to optimize health outcomes. His ability to translate complex medical concepts into actionable strategies empowers patients to take control of their well-being. Whether addressing chronic conditions or enhancing overall wellness, Scott is committed to helping each individual find their unique path to better health.

Henry is a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) with five years of experience delivering high-quality care in both emergency and clinical settings. He has a strong foundation in emergency medical services, assisting in critical situations, and ensuring patients receive prompt, effective treatment.
With four years of specialized experience in blood draws, Henry is highly skilled in venipuncture, providing patients with a comfortable and professional experience. His commitment to compassionate, efficient care drives him to continuously expand his knowledge in health and wellness as he advances his medical career.
