We’ve identified 2 very important needs in our local Chandler community right now.

1. The need for us to rally and support our fellow local small businesses to the best of our ability so they can weather this storm and win this fight!

2. The need for us all to have structure with workouts while staying active & fit to keep our immune system strong, stress and anxiety at a minimum, and maintain our mental sanity!

We believe we’ve created a unique solution to help solve both of these needs with our HELPF1RST 21-Day Challenge!

We’ve decided to give use of our entire online platform, a new private FB group for Challengers, nutrition guidance, and nearly 40 weekly Zoom classes amongst other resources for our HELPF1RST 21-Day Challenge.  This is how it works:

1. You donate $25 to participate in our HELPF1RST 21-Day Challenge.

2. Then complete our simple yet impactful Challenge Checklist (see checklist graphic below),

3. We will turn around and use your $25 donation to purchase a gift card to a locally impacted small business you love and give it right back to you – no strings attached. A truly #helpfirst grassroots initiative.

21-Day Challenge participants will receive:

• Access to nearly 40 weekly Zoom Classes – 7 Days /week

• Access to private 21-Day Challenge only FB group to help keep you accountable to your Challenge Checklist

• Access to Coach led Specialty Seminars

• Coach led Zoom Family Fun Workouts

• Virtual Happy Hours and Coffee Breaks

• Access to our weekly Zoom Kids Classes for you little ones (TU & TH 2:30p)

• Nutrition guidance and at-home healthy recipes
